My users can no longer retrieve messages, the retriever can;t find the file.:

We seens a few issues like this come up in the last couple weeks.  Typically  if a network share is involved the ESATAGent service needs to be a USER SERVICE rather then a system service.  As system service ESAT has no access to the files shares.  In this situation you can retrieve messages using the Admin since it inherrits the user rights of the session.

In some cases loading the new MS high security patch will cut the rights of "lower" users. You may need ESATAgent to login with a higher security clearence.

Of course the problem can be simpler. The users may try to retrieve old messages.
