If you just installed ESAT and had the stats (SR and SP files) already running you can create user reports right away. However if you did not keep the history in XWall until now you will not be able to retrieve messages from earlier dates and time. In this case I recommend not to send out user reports for a day or two so you have the messages the users may request.
